Japan Airlines policy

Japan Airlines does not allow to change the passenger information in the ticket even change name. If you want to change something, you must cancel your old ticket and make a new booking. Cancellation fee will be charged depending on each class. Regulations for reissue, refund, cancellation and change will vary depending on the fare rule and class. In case, passengers are ill, unable to take the flight, tickets can be refunded for free.
