- If cancelled or modified after 1 day before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

- Child under 9-year old: free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children from 9-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15 USD net person/room/night in an extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- There is no capacity for cots in the room.
