Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa has 77 rooms with 4 types including Superior, Deluxe, Family Studio, and Suite. All room featured with double bed(s) or single bed(s) decorated with brocade motifs, private terrace, wood flooring, and great view overlooking Sapa villages, the resort’s lush garden or Mount Fansipan. With the decoration imbued with local style, all rooms in the resort are outfitted with wooden floors and traditional utensils creating a cozy ambiance for visitors in the cold weather of the mountain. Besides, each room has a comfortable area with a sofa and a writing desk which is quite convenient for working and a balcony with sun lounger and view overlooking the lush garden, Fansipan peak, or Sapa villages.

The resort provides a wide range of activities and recreations involving mountain rides, billiards, games room, pétanque, tennis court, fitness corner, volley ball, indoor heated swimming pool, and inspirational excursions. Besides, Victoria Resort also has Victoria Kids Club. Situated in a rabbit garden, the Kids Club is outfitted with TV, cartoon DVDs, toys to keep your children happy. Minimum age of entry to the Kids Club is two years old. Children under 2 years old must be accompanied with a parent or baby sitter. Victoria Kids Club opens from 7.00 am – 10.00 pm.

Ta Van Restaurant

Ta Van Restaurant is one of famous restaurant in the region. Having professional and experienced chefs, the restaurant will cater you sophisticated dishes mixed in French and Vietnamese cuisine. You can savor meals in the balcony of the restaurant and admire the beauty of Sapa Town in mist. In addition, coming to Ta Van Restaurant, you will have a great opportunity to enjoy traditional dances of H’Mong and Thai ethnic minorities in every Saturday night from 8.00 – 9.00 pm. Ta Van Restaurant daily opens from 6.30 – 10.00 am with the capacity of 110 seats.

Ta Fin Bar

At Ta Fin Bar, you can enjoy the refreshing feeling when savoring a red wine next to a cozy fireplace. This is also an ideal place for leisure activities such as playing billiards or chess or reading books. Ta Fin Bar opens 6.30 am onwards with the seating capacity of 30 passengers indoor.

Spa and massage service is the highlight of Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa. Victoria Spa is specially and meticulously designed with Bordeaux red and mossy green tone to bring the most relaxing space. Each bed is arranged in a separate and spacious area and separated by wooden or bamboo walls to create the privacy space for tourists. After a long day of thrilling activities, you can release all tiredness by using sophisticated treatments at Victoria Spa. Professional staffs will bring you a sense of calm with Swedish and Aromatherapy treatments. Especially, ethnic herbal bath will help you quickly recover from fatigue and stress in your life and bring you source of inspiration to live a better life.

Meeting services

Fansipan Ballroom is furnished with modern and contemporary equipment including video projector, LCD projector & slide projector, portable wireless microphone, integrated sound system, color TV with remote control, DVD player, computer and printer, fax machine, flip chart, white board and marker. This is an ideal place to organize private events of companies or individuals.

Cancellation

If there is a cancellation of a room or package reservation less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, Victoria Vietnam Group reserves the right to impose a one night room charge for all rooms or packages reserved. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or not showing will incur full charge for all rooms and packages reserved.

Regarding the Victoria Express Train and the Victoria Speedboats, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to departure date. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days prior to the departure date, Victoria Vietnam Group reserves the right to impose a 50% charge for all berths or seats reserved. Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to departure date or not showing will incur full charge for all berths or seats reserved based on return trip.

Children and extra beds

General children policy:

- Free of charge up to two children under 12 years old, staying in the same cabin with parents or guardians and using the existing bedding. Baby cots are provided free of charge, but this is subject to availability and upon request. Breakfasts will be chargeable.
- Children requiring extra bed or sofa bed will be charged from USD$35 per bed including breakfast for up to maximum 2 children between 5 and 12 years old.

- Extra beds are not available at Victoria Sapa Resort.

Children policy for packages (special offers)

Free of charge for children under 5 years old staying in the same room with their parents and using the existing bed.
Children from 6 to 12 years old sharing the same room with their parents and using the existing bedding will receive 50% discount on package prices and on other services (except massage services and gala dinner buffets).
