Vietnam Lao oil pipeline to be constructed
Vietnam Lao oil pipeline construction is a project of Vietnam and Lao government cooperation with total investment capital from Laos. The oil pipeline will be constructed from Hon La Port (Quang Binh) to Khammouane (Laos).
