Each of them has an area of 80 square meters (861 square feet). They are outfitted with a king bed or Hollywood twin upon request. The villa can accommodate at least 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. The villa is furnished with a generous writing desk, alongside the comfortable silk-lined day bed and deep-soak lacquered eggshell bathtub. The villa is always airy during daylight hours. At the back, it has an expansive bathroom with view of a private garden and outdoor shower. Otherwise, those liking to enjoy swimming can choose to stay at one of 13 pool villas (one bedroom). TWO BEDROOM VILLA

There are three kinds of three-bedroom pool villa: Hilltop, Ocean View, and Beachfront. Each of them has an area of 520 square meters. The villa is suitable for families or groups of friends. Each villa has a private pool, well-padded sun loungers, tropical gardens and lotus ponds or famous Ha My Beach with beachfront villas. Three bedroom pool villa can accommodate 9 adults or 6 adults + 3 children.

FOUR BEDROOM POOL VILLA

The villa has an area of 590 square meters (6,351 square feet) with king-size beds or Hollywood twin upon request. The villa can accommodate 12 adults or 8 adults + 4 children. The villa is surrounded by lush green garden, private swimming pool here guests can settle under the sun on well-padded loungers, then gather together for festive holiday meals, be it a Western barbecue or Asian flavored feast, in the pitched roof, pillared living pavilion.

FIVE BEDROOM BEACHFRONT POOL VILLA

The villa is ideal accommodation for extended families or groups of friends with its marvelous position on Ha My Beach. The Five-Bedroom Beachfront Villa can occupy 15 adults or 10 adults + 5 children. The lush and expansive garden area can is a perfect venue for parties of more than thirty friends and family members. The villa can be decorated with Vietnamese lanterns and festive tiki torches. Also, the villa offers the utmost privacy with a total area of 660 square meters with five individual bedrooms, separate living and dining pavilion around a pool suitable for swimming, with plenty of plush loungers to soak up the sun.

The restaurant is open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM for breakfast, and from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM for dinner. From the Restaurant climbing the polished wood staircase will lead you to The Bar. This bar is decorated in modern Vietnamese design with brightening lanterns under one striking chandelier. The bar serves a wide range of the resort’s signature cocktails along with beautiful live piano music or upbeat lounge tunes. This bar is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out before 11:00 AM. If early check-in is required, it is subject to availability and late check-out will be charged a little fee of the room rate.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

Please note that Local Residents Rate is valid only for local residents and a proof of residency (Vietnamese Identification/ Vietnamese Local Residence card/ Vietnamese Working Permit) is required at check-in. Failure to produce the document will result in normal rates. Tourist visa is not accepted.

- In the villas, each bedroom is set up with 1 king bed that can accommodate 2 adults (standard occupancy).

- Children aged below 12 years sharing existing bed with parents are charged child breakfast.

- Children aged 12 years and above or extra adult require sofa beds. Maximum one sofa bed can be arranged per bedroom for maximum one person with extra charge.

- Infant 0-1 year(s) is free of charge if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a cot, you may be charged an extra fee.
