+ Cancellation between 2 days (48 hours) and 3 days prior to arrival: A charge of 50% of the first night shall be applied.

+ Cancellation between 1 day (24 hours) and 2 days prior to arrival: A charge of 100% of the first night shall be applied.

+ Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival: A charge of 100% of the total booking shall be applied.

+ The no show will be charged 100% for all confirmed rooms.
