37 cabins of Emeraude Cruise are categorized into Captain’s Suite, Suite, Paul Roque Suite, Deluxe, Superior and Standard. Each of cabin is furnished with a double bed or twin beds with en-suite bathroom and windows with wonderful view of the bay.

Captain’s Suite

The Captain's Suite is situated on the sundeck with striking and stunning scenery of Halong Bay. This suite has an area of nearly 17 square meters with capacious and homely area in lined with unique bamboo matting. On the wall, there are “bygone” maps which will help you intrigue the cruise’s path through spectacular karsts and islands of Halong Bay. This suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed and wooden classic furniture.

Emeraude Suite

Emeraude Suite has an area of 19.5 square meters with luxurious and roomy space. It is outfitted with a Queen-sized bed, a large and comfortable sofa. Interestingly, there is an entertaining space in this suite, which is mostly preferred by families. This suite is not decorated with colonial-era bamboo matting on the wall; it is covered with a cream and green color in the harmony with wooden fixtures and flooring instead, which brings coziness and nostalgia. Being situated on the sundeck with starboard side and spacious windows, this suite delivers marvelous views across the bay. In the outside, you can enjoy resting time at sitting area near the suite. Emeraude Standard has an area of 14 square meters. It is outfitted with twin beds and located on lower deck. Check-in/Check-out

According to the policy of Emeraude Cruise, the timetable of check-in and check-out is 12:00 PM and 10:00 AM at Emeraude Café, respectively. You should present at 11:30 AM. Yet, this time can be earlier or later depending on the tour you book and its itinerary. Thus, you should contact booking staff for more detail and getting there on time.

Cancellation

For guests’ cancellation:

- Over 7 days before your departure date: 10% of Total rates
- 04 - 07 days before your departure date: 60% of total rate
- 01 - 03 days before your departure date: 100% of total rate
- No show: 100% of total rate

For cruise’s cancellation:

All cruises in Halong Bay have the right to cancel overnight cruise on certain day if the weather is bed to ensure the safety of tourists. In this case, Emeraude Cruise will apply the following policies:

- If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount.
- If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.

Children and extra beds

Children under 5 have to be accompanied by parents or guarantees, and the children will be free of charge if using the existing bedding. There is only one child allowed in a cabin.
US$ 65.00 net/child from 6 to 11 years old sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress, limiting to one child per booking only
Child from the age of 12 must solely occupy a cabin and pay full cabin rate.

Card accepted

Online payment with a secured payment gateway is acceptable for MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

You can also have some options of payment by Bank Transfer and Western Union. Please, kindly note that the payment fees are not inclusive in price.

You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi or Halong Bay. For credit card payments, under 4 percent of bank fee is added for each transaction.

Safety

What to wear on the boat

To ensure your health in good condition and to have the most convenient voyage, you are recommended to take light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be colder, especially at night. In addition, you should bring a raincoat along in case of unpredicted weather.

Besides, for kayaking lovers, you should change your clothes before getting wet during this special tour. In terms of wearing shoes, choose a durable one that makes you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather.
