In 2010, Valentine II or Valentine Premium came into being. It is 27m long, 6.5m wide, 13.4m high and 1.9m deep. It has a dining room, a bar and a sundeck. Deluxe Double

Cabin in type of Deluxe Double has an area of 19 square meters. These Deluxe Double cabins are located on the first deck. All of these deluxe cabins are situated near staff room, thus, you can ask them easily if you have any question about your voyage.

Valentine Premium

There are two Deluxe Double cabins in Valentine II with high-quality wooden decoration, en-suite luxury bathroom, Jacuzzi, Deluxe toilet amenities and towels. Each of these cabins has an area of 22 square meters with contemporary facilities and spacious and fresh atmosphere.

Double Suite

There is only one Double Suite in this junk. This cabin has an area of 30 square meters, located on the second deck. Double Suite is furnished with high-quality wooden décor, en-suite luxury bathroom, Jacuzzi, which will provide you with a sense of relaxation, comfort and satisfaction. In addition, this suite is outfitted with TV and DVD Player.

Check-in/ Check-out

According to the policy of Valentine Cruise, the timetable of check-in and check-out is 12:15 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively. You should present at 11:30 AM. Yet, this time can be earlier or later depending on the tour you book and its itinerary. Thus, you should contact booking staff for more detail and getting there on time.

Cancellation

According to the suite resale, the following policies shall apply to all cruise cancellations if you cancel your trip at a later stage:

- 90-60 days: 25% of full fare

- 60-30 days: 50% of full fare

- 30 days or less: 100% of full fare

- Nonappearance/no written notice: 100% of full fare

The above rate is applied when the entire booking is cancelled and applied to all services and arrangements in the tour you book. You can telephone or send a fax to cancel the reservation. If you want to deposit, you have to make a reservation within 3 days or earlier. Your reservation will be cancelled and released if 70% required deposit is not received during the period as mentioned above.

Children and extra beds

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and if that adult is not a parent or legal guardian, written permission from the parent or legal guardian is required. This cruise has several policy on children and extra beds as follows:

Children under 5 years old are free of charge (FOC). It is allowed for one child sharing one cabin with two adults without extra bedding.

Children from 5 to under 12 years old are discounted 25%. It is applicable for one child sharing a cabin with two adults without extra bedding.

Only one child under 5 years traveling with two adults is allowed for FOC per group

Cards accepted

To better and secure your booking, you have several methods of payment as follows:

You can paid by credit cards. Cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, OnePay, and VietcomBank. Otherwise, you can use bank transfer or pay through Western Union. Payment in VND is to be made equivalent to the amount in USD at the official exchange rate of VietcomBank at the time of payment. The booking is only confirmed when full payment is completed.

What to wear on the boat

To ensure your health in good condition and to have the most convenient voyage, you are recommended to take light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be colder, especially at night. In addition, you should bring a raincoat along in case of unpredicted weather.

Besides, for kayaking lovers, you should change your clothes before getting wet during this special tour. In terms of wearing shoes, choose a durable one that makes you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather.
