With the attendance of nearly 500 athletes from 40 countries in the world, Vietnam Mountain Marathon 2014 will be the biggest international event of marathon until now.
From June 24th to July 2nd 2014, “Vietnamese Culture Days in Russia” is held in Moscow, St Petersburg and Yaroslavl by Vietnam Department of International Cooperation to promote Vietnam tourism to Russian tourists.
Reportedly, in the first 7 months of 2014, Vietnam tourism has taken advantages of favorable conditions to sustain growth and improve the quality of tourism services regardless of difficulties and challenges.
Reportedly, Vietnam tourism will be promoted in the annual World Travel Market (WTM) 2014 which plans to be held from November 3rd to 6th 2014 in Excel Exhibition Center, London, United Kingdom.
The 10th International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City 2014 themed “5 Countries, 1 Destination” will take place from September 11th to 13th in Saigon Expo& Convention Center in District 7.
It is reported that from August 21st to 24th, thousands of visitors have participated excitedly and cheered greatly for performances of Vietnamese water puppet by troupes of Thang Long Puppet Theater.
It is reported that on August 26th, Mr. Doan Xuan Hung, the Vietnam Ambassador in Japan has officially announced the plan of Vietnam Festival in Japan 2014 held at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo.
Recently, Open Days – Berlin 2014 festival was held by the Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany. That was a chance to promote Vietnamese culture.
