The Grand Ho Tram Strip - Attractive spot for ASEAN tourists

The Grand Ho Tram Strip in Vung Tau is becoming one of the best resorts in Vietnam. It is famous for the best golf course, opulent rooms and a luxury games center. Ho Tram Strip will be a new destination for ASEAN and international tourists.

With a total investment of US$4.2 billion, The Grand Ho Tram Strip project in Xuyen Moc District (Ba Ria - Vung Tau) is becoming a highlight in the segment of luxury resorts in Vietnam, with the expectation of Vung Tau Beach becoming an attractive destination for ASEAN tourists, and tourists from other countries in the region. The project is divided into many phases. In which the first phase with the total capital of US$ 650 million is completed, including one tower with 541 modern and comfortable rooms of 5-star standard, along with 13 lavish restaurant, bars, spa, playground, swimming pool, fashion shop, games center (casino), international convention, and The Bluffs – one of the best Vietnam golf courses. This is the luxury resort complex not only in Vietnam, but also in the world. According to the plan, the second phase of the resort - the second tower is designed in the form of villas - is under the construction. When the phase finishes, there are more 559 rooms. And, The Grand Ho Tram Strip will become the most modern and largest resort in Vietnam with more than 1000 rooms.

Located amid the immense primitive jungle with charming beaches full of sunlight, white sand, and turquoise waters, The Grand Ho Tram Strip is becoming a new destination for both international and domestic tourists. General Director of Ho Tram Strip project, Mr. Colin Pine said that, as of present, the number of tourists coming to Ho Tram Strip gradually increases annually, though the games center (casino in Ho Tram Strip) has not been open to Vietnamese people. Specifically, some international travel agents choose Ho Tram Strip Resort to organize many tourist forms such as conventional travel, counterpart meeting, and exhibition... That it is the harmonic combination of the nature and modern resort becomes an unforgettable imprint to all tourists, even the most demanding ones. Mr. Colin Pine also shared that, The Grand Ho Tram Strip has promotions to international guests as golfers and casino players from countries in ASEAN, Japan, and South Korea... This is large and potential market of The Grand Ho Tram Strip.

According to the plan, by December 2015, The Ho Tram Open (under Asian Tour) - the biggest professional tournament in Vietnam will take place in The Bluffs with the award of US$ 1.5 million. The Brand Ambassador of The Bluffs golf course, the best golfer in the world - Robert Rock said that the organization in Asian Tour is not just a chance for The Grand Ho Tram Strip to promulgate its image to the world, but also an opportunity for tourists to understand about Vietnam. Mr. Mike Kerr - CEO of Asian Tour shared that the tournament will be broadcasted lively in 180 countries to about 625 million families. Over the event, the image of wonderful beaches in Vietnam will be introduced in world tourism map.

Since the first phase of this project operated in 2013, the number of international tourists, especially those in high-clas group started to come back Vung Tau and come to Ho Tram Strip. Vice Chairman of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Association - Bui Ngoc Diep confirmed that Ba Ria – Vung Tau is famous for many beautiful beaches stretching from Vung Tau City to districts of Long Dien, Dat Do, and Xuyen Moc. However, for a long time, tourists coming to Vung Tau are ordinary tourists with low criteria. Many tourist forms have not developed like their potential. That The Grand Ho Tram Strip comes into being creates a unique imprint in the strategy of development luxury tourism in Vung Tau and in Southeast of Vietnam.
