And what's more, from January 20th to March 30th, 2015, Khai Tuong Lau showroom in An Dinh Palace will be free opened for travelers to visit. Located on the riverbanks of An Cuu River, An Dinh Palace is indelibly imprinted with the combination of Oriental and Western architectural style in the history of Hue art as well as Vietnamese style. Especially, this monument is also linked to the life of King Bao Dai and Queen Nam Phuong, the last royal family of Nguyen Dynasty. In 1945, after his abdication, King Bao Dai along with his mother, wife, and children left the royal citadel to live here. Over time, An Dinh Palace severely degraded. With great efforts of restoration, An Dinh Palace has appearance like today.
